The City of Chesnee is working with DRC Emergency Services and Spartanburg County to begin storm debris collection efforts. Work is intended to begin this week and continue into next week. We are asking all residents to place vegetative debris to the side on the road within the right of way. Please do not block any roadways or alleys. A boom truck will be used not a labor crew so be sure to place items away from mailboxes, water meters, electrical boxes, overhanging trees, and garbage cans etc. we will conduct multiple rounds of pick ups throughout the City in the coming weeks. NO bagged materials will be collected.
